The Empire School of Real Estate was founded in 1965 by Empire Realty Company's President and owner, Larry Lichte.  Larry, who has a M.S. from the School of Education, University of Wisconsin, Madison, instructs all the courses.  In addition to many years of preparing and teaching real estate courses, Larry is a former high school instructor, former school administrator, and has served as a research assistant and teaching assistant at the University of Wisconsin, Madison.  The Empire School of Real Estate is accredited by the Wisconsin Education Approval Board and is approved by the Wisconsin Real Estate Examining Board.

Programs offered at the Empire School of Real Estate include:

• preparation course required to fulfill State requirements and prepare for the exam needed to receive a State of Wisconsin Real Estate Sales Associate License
• preparation course required to fulfill State requirements and prepare for the exam needed to receive a State of Wisconsin Real Estate Brokers License 
• courses required to fulfill State requirements for continuing education for State of Wisconsin Real Estate Sales Associate and Brokers Licenses
